RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Customers may request a refund if they receive a damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory product. To initiate a refund request, please submit your request through the website along with the reason for the refund. If the claim is found to be valid, the refund process will be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase for damaged or defective products.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product is not returned in its original packaging.
The product has been used.
There is a mismatch between the quantity delivered and the quantity returned.
The product is marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellation requests are accepted only before the dispatch or delivery process has been initiated. Once the product has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customers can request order cancellation via email or telephone. We strongly recommend contacting us by phone for faster assistance, as cancellation requests made by email may take longer to be noticed and processed before dispatch.
