LEGAL CAPACITY TO MAKE AGREEMENTS AND TRANSACT

PRICES
Base Currency
All fees and prices are in Omani Riyals (OMR).
Changing of Prices
Prices displayed on https://coralperfumesom.com/ are subject to modification at any time.
Prices may vary due to launch pricing, promotional offers, or sales campaigns. Prices of items that are not in stock or available for pre-order remain valid during the promotional period after the order was placed.
Should the price of those items change with respect to the pre-order price, the customer will be informed and will have the possibility to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website from time to time, and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.

Due to human error and other circumstances, we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links, and any other product-related information listed are entirely accurate, complete, or current.
In the event a product listed on our Website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical, or other error, Coral Perfumes SPC shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct, and/or remove the inaccurate information.

Coral Perfumes SPC does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.
ORDERS
Placing an Order
Placing an order can be done through the website or by telephone.
When placing an order through the website, you must ensure that all personal data is correct and updated. Coral Perfumes SPC suggests that customers carefully proofread all information before confirming an order.
Coral Perfumes SPC is not responsible for sending emails to the wrong email address or shipping parcels to the wrong delivery address if incorrect information has been provided.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within approximately 24–48 hours, provided the items are in stock and payment verification is successful.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Change Orders
You may request a change to your order provided it has not already been charged or shipped, or if there is any defect.

Cancel Orders

Please contact us during business hours to request cancellation. Email cancellation requests may not be processed in time due to high email volume.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

To protect website visitors, we implement several security policies and certificates. However, if a user’s device is infected with malicious software or viruses, Coral Perfumes SPC and its associated partners and employees cannot be held responsible for resulting security breaches.
Coral Perfumes SPC reserves the right to refuse delivery or decline orders from customers who have unpaid balances from previous orders or with whom there is an ongoing dispute.
We also reserve the right to take necessary legal action in cases of outstanding or non-payment.
INVOICE
The online order confirmation cannot be considered an invoice.
Regardless of the payment method used, customers will receive an invoice with their order delivery. A digital and/or hard copy of each invoice is maintained in Coral Perfumes SPC records.
SECURITY
Coral Perfumes SPC will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of payment details included in your order.
However, except in cases of direct negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to information you provide.

DISPUTES
If any dispute, claim, controversy, or difference (“Dispute”) arises out of or in connection with this User Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations over a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date written notice of the dispute is provided.
If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it shall be referred to and finally resolved through binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules agreed upon by the parties.
The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be issued in English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Coral Perfumes SPC from seeking interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, CORAL PERFUMES SPC’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD.
Coral Perfumes SPC shall not be liable for third-party claims, loss of business, delays, interruption of service, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services purchased through the Website.
If you are dissatisfied with the Website or any content on it, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Website.
Coral Perfumes SPC reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders under any circumstances without liability. For paid orders, we reserve the same right provided the full payment amount is refunded.
GOVERNING LAW
This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
This clause shall survive the expiration or cancellation of this User Agreement for any reason.
